Eligibility and Reservations
- Promotions apply to new reservations only.
- The reservation date determines the applicable promotion and corresponding rates.
- A down payment of 50% to 70% is required to secure a reservation.
- Clients may reserve a slot in advance and finalize their gown selection at a later date, subject to availability.
- Reservations may be used for future events, including events scheduled for 2027 and beyond.
Freebies and Promotional Benefits
- Complimentary items are based on the item with the lower value unless otherwise stated.
- Freebies cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, credits, or alternative items.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly specified.
Modifications and Additional Charges
- Once confirmed, reservations, packages, and promotional benefits cannot be downgraded, transferred, or converted.
- Additional fees may apply to customizations, handmade accessories, shipping, rush orders, extended rentals, and other special requests.
Availability
- All promotions, rates, and complimentary items are subject to availability.
- Limited promotional slots are available.
- Mystical Wardrobes reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any promotion without prior notice.
